Thank you everyone for your support on this, and for those who were able to take the time to read through everything and comment. These officers are still working after what they've done. Gutzler ((the officer who beat my mother's face in)) has even been promoted, and is also a member of SWAT. I know I personally feel very unsafe knowing that.

Here is the video where my mother is pulled and THROWN onto the ground by Jayce Gutzler , as I said be warned it is not pleasant to watch. My dad gets out of the car quickly to see if she's ok, only to sit back down because Officer Agi Barnwell starts to pull her taser out on him. He's forced to just sit in the car, Helplessly as my mother has her face beat in.
These videos were not uploaded to youtube by me, rather someone I know, who knew of the original website these videos were on and saved them before the lawsuit conditions required my dad to shut that site down.
With the amount of outrage that has been shown a petition is being made that will address accountability, and use of force policy change . As soon as it is finished I will post it at the top here.

As some old watchers of mine remember, I spoke at lengths about the injustices of police brutality my parents underwent. New watchers/followers to get you up to speed, back in 2010 my parents were driving to work, they were pulled over by a police officer Agi Barnwell, who then went on to most likely profile them as "lowlife white trash" ((my mom)) + some "mexican/hispanic dude" ((my dad)) and proceeded to treat them like with great disrespect, my parents still complied with demands, such as trying to show the officer the license & registration, which officer Agi Barnwell kept saying was expired and refused to look at further. It was not expired. My mother then told officer Agi Barnwell that she was going to report her to her commanding officer, to which Barnwell replied "YOU'RE going to report ME?" while pointing a finger in disbelief at my mother. After that suddenly more cops started showing up. Things escalated from there, my mother was asked to step out of the vehicle, which she complied, quick as can be they Grabbed her forcefully, pulling her arm all the way back, nearly dislocating it, she was still not resisting tho only telling them "you're hurting me" Then, suddenly my mother was AIRBORNE, they THREW her to the ground (( as seen in this video)) and proceeded to BEAT her face in. She was still not resisting. They claimed later they had No Idea she was INJURED, her face was completely swollen/black and blue it was godawful, no use of force report was filed either. On TOP of that, the registration, they claimed was expired, was seen to be taken out of the car by Agi Barnwell in the video. She claims she does not know what happened to it/does not recall.
Thankfully the lawsuit IS officially over, they didn't get very much ((60K seems like a lot, but after all the lawyer fees and other things, coupled with dealing with it for 5 years and in THIS economy it sadly won't last long.)) My parents were very lucky to have the lawyers they did tho, very amazing people. I'm still sad that those officers mentioned, have been giving a slap on the wrist and are still working as police officers, thus why I'm posting this, I want everyone in that area to know that Agi Barnwell and Jayce Gutzler Are the police officers who did this. The fact they still have jobs as police officers after all this is baffling. If you can, favorite this journal or spread it if you're in the seattle area especially, even if you're not in the seattle area, sharing the journal and videos still help so please do so if you are able and comfortable doing so!
